I don't usually give the highest marks possible on a review, but I feel they are well deserved. Our salesman, Bennie Niece was so informative and really took the time to answer all our questions--over the course of several visits to the dealership. After buying our Ranger, the next day a problem came up with the check I had given them. Matt Riegler in the finance department was able to stop the check from going to the bank for me (even though it was his day off..) Another salesman, Bill Reed, kindly assisted in this transaction till I was able to deliver the corrected check to them the next day. Great place to do business with !

Bennie was great to work with at Marshall Polaris in Dry Ridge. I search several locations before checking in with them. They was the only ones that would deal with me over the phone and order the one I wanted. They was able to match a price I was to get from another state. They checked in every week to let me know about the delivery time of the rzr should be and called the same day it came in. When showing up for the first time at the show room to pick it up. I was shocked that I was greeted at the door. I have been looking at a rzr s 900 for a couple of months at several different stores and normally would walk out because of no customer service at the other places. It felt good to be greeted at the door. The other stores was like pulling teeth to get someone to talk to but not there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a UTV or ATV.

HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE PRODUCT AND HELPFUL ON ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND MADE OUR OVERALL VISIT VERY PLEASANT.
